Simplified team-building and convenient competition are coming to Madden NFL 23 Ultimate Team™. Develop your dream fantasy roster of current NFL superstars, Hall of Fame legends, and more.
Build your dream team by playing games and earning new players.
Every NFL player gets a player item with a skill rating (OVR) but upgraded items are released all season.
Play solo or online games and complete Challenges, Sets, and Missions to earn Coins and Packs.
FIELD PASS
Always have something to play for with the Field Pass, a new challenge and reward tracker with clear progression, a distinct reward path, and objectives to complete at each level.
SETS, SIMPLIFIED
Simplified Set building lets you navigate your content binder more effectively. Exchange unused, lower-tier player items in three button clicks or less.
MUT CHAMPIONS
Qualify by earning Entry Tokens (including via Field Pass), store them in your item binder, and compete against the best players in Ultimate Team on your schedule.
Complete chellenges and missions to earn packs, players, coins, and more. Some can be completed solo and others can be completed with friends on varying difficulty levels.
Sets can be completed by collecting specific groups of players and exchanging them for packs or upgraded players.
The Marketplace is your one-stop shop for packs, which can be purchased using Madden Points* or in-game coins.
Live programs throughout the season will release new player items with upgraded ratings and dynamic effects, many coordinating in real time with the NFL season.
SOLO BATTLES
In this single player game mode, take on CPU-controlled lineups from the community each week to earn rewards and progress on your Field Pass.
HEAD TO HEAD SEASONS
Play through an NFL season against online opponents and lead your team to the Super Bowl! Earn rewards based on the number of wins you have, plus bonus rewards for winning the Super Bowl.
MUT CHAMPIONS
The highest level of Madden Ultimate Team competition, MUT Champions is a chance for you to compete against other top players for some of the best rewards in MUT.
SQUADS
Team up with friends, take on other squads online, and earn rewards based on your number of wins.
DRAFT
Form a new squad every time, Draft-style, and take on Solo draft vs. CPU or head-to-head with friends. More wins = more rewards.
